I have the right to deny your commission.

When my art is posted, you must credit me.

I have the right to post art to any of my media listed. Unless agreed upon otherwise.

Art completion time may vary. I will inform the customer as soon as I can if there has been a delay.

WIP sketches will be sent to the customer, they are allowed to make major changes before the lineart and color. After that, only slight changes can be made.

You are not allowed to sell your commissioned pieces as NFTs or other media.

There are NO refunds even if you bought this product by accident. No exceptions as I have plainly stated my TOS. If I have not started or refuse service a refund may then be given by me.

You are NOT allowed to trace, replicate, remove my watermark or distort the image in any way. If you wish to have something changed, message me, even if it's a past commission. I will work something out with you when I am further available.

I WILL NOT be taking art if there is no good reference sheet or clear depiction of said character or characters!

I WILL NOT take AI generated art as references, I will refuse service all together as AI is stolen art.

Purchasing any pieces means you are consenting to my terms.
